    My game won't work. Help please!

    Everytime I try to install downloads or even just play the game a pop up comes up and says "Sims 3 has stopped working. A problem cause the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is avaliable." I uninstalled all the CC and the game itself. Then I reinstalled the game and it still won't work. Someone please help! I just want to play my Sims :cry:

      I sometimes get that, sometimes it closes the game so I just fire it up again or just close the messege box and it plays just fine.

      I'll give you a free bump though in case it doesn't work. Happens to a lot of people though, it's really irksome.

      I have been trying it since yesterday and it still won't work. The message just keeps coming up.

      Bump. I just realized it's only been happening since I installed the update.
      I only have the base game if that makes a difference.
