Sims 3 on Sidekick 2008 help

I have the Sims 3 on my Sidekick 2008 to pass the time inbetween traveling but I can't get past the CAS mode because I can't figure out the button that means next. I tried the ball but no go, anyone with a Sidekick can help me out or anyone who can find the ansewr. I appreciate all help
