where can i get Create a World?

everytime i click the link to it on the main site, its always a 404 error message, and im wondering where can i find a working version of it so i can create my own towns/cities?

You can try clicking on Free Stuff or Games > Tools> Create a World at the very top of the page.

Worst case scenario, ask a friend who isn`t experiencing the 404 error message and ask them to download Create a World onto a disc for you. You can then take the disc home and install CAW that way.
