    My Spanish area in SV needs a big house (theres always one!) and this is it...... its big, a family home and I wish I had Generations! But thats not out for a couple of weeks!

    I am building a Spanish area in Sv and took out all the lots up in the expensive area with a pond in the middle and divided it all up into smaller lots. I wanted a Spanish market as part of this mini project so here it is - Mercadillo Majorca. It needs a custom site, 50x 25. It reminds me a lot of when I lived in Spain, many moons ago.

      I did indeed finish it Yanti....... tried to upload last weekend but it failed (red circle system error) idk why as it has no cc..... so I thought I would try again today and off it went no prob. I do not understand the exchange. Ta for the dr!!

      This remains me a court yard shoping area in Southern spain. Lovely work. i love the run down bar, looks like a homey place to drink for locals. Aweome work as usual and given a well deserved rec.

      Thank you Simmersaurus_Rex, it s a bit quirky.

      Svlyn, thats exactly where I was headed, shops build in tiny streets in unsuitable buildings and the bar full of locals at five in the morning drinking gin..... before going to work!

      Imoger, the other lots are spanish in style too some new and tiny and some a bit neglected and in need of tlc.

      Smoky! You never cease to amaze me! You have made it so life-like, and I'm sure it looks much better in game than you could ever show us in the pictures! I love the little courtyard, the lamp posts, you have made everything look so authentic. I gave you a rec and DL, great job!

      Wow Smoky!

      This is both a fabulous, and audacious creation.

      It really gives that authentic Spanish market feeling, which makes me pine for my beloved Andalusia. I just had to put on some Flamenco music while I viewed the slideshow.

      Your eye for detail is masterful, and your color choices perfect.

      I had already given a DL & REC when I saw this beauty on the Exchange; but had to leave a comment here, so you would know how very impressed I am.

      Hi J, thanks. Although I think I am finding out why lots are placed so far apart, there is a little road tearing when they are packed tight in. The market is all on one lot though so thats ok.

      Thank you Folly.......... I must admit I like building the quirky? Unusual? Ah whatever I builds what I builds. :mrgreen:

      This is wonderful, Smoky! Like others have said it is really realistic. None of the finishes and buildings are "matchy-matchy" like so many modern "old time" developments. It does look like it has been built and changed naturally over time. Definitely rec'ing this. :)

      Gorgeous spanish home Smoky! :D I just love the architecture! Great choice of doors and windows. Love that pool area with those gorgeous floor tiles. The interiors are warm and inviting! Great job as always! I am off to recommend and add to my favourite. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
