I cant get the CAW tool to work, are they creating any updates?

Have you downloaded CAW recently? If not download a new copy. If you have downloaded it recently, is your download manager (the screen that comes up before you play your game) up to date?

To update your download manager pull up your game like you normally would but before you hit the play button to play your game click "Game Updates" then refresh this should tell you if your game is up to date.

Yes it is up to date, but the tool still won't work

Have you updated your EA download manager? That might help, though your description is a bit vague. Uninstall CAW, update your EA Download manager, then reinstall the newest CAW.
