    in The Sims 3 Builders
    I am being good and finishing off my wips, this french farm is unfurnished upstairs, so you can adapt to fit

    your sim family, but it has a beautifully large kitchen sitting room and a formal sitting room, two furnished

    bedrooms and room for lots more.
    I can also guarantee this is cc free as it has been checked 4 times!
    The pictures:- (the ivy is cc which has now been replaced).

      I love the informal yellow garden in this build and the soft colours of the exterior that set the architecture off beautifully. :D Left a rec Folly :thumbup:

      This is a typical Smoky build! So charming and so full of character! :D I love the architecture! Also, the garden is so charming! The interiors is really well done! I love the stone wall. Left a well deserved recommendation and added your lot to my favourite folder! :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

      Love it - perfect for when we get horses on the pets EP! The wishing well is genius, and the little cockerel/weathervane on the roof made me smile. I also like the combination of wattle and daub panelling on the roof sections with the little french balcony. The interiors are very homely and inviting (although my 'frogman' might not actually be green) :P Great build, DL + Rec! :D

      Thank you Follyfoot, Snowman, EmpressP, Yanti,Helen, Scorp and Mythago. I should try and find the photo that inspired it, the original had different roof colours depending on when they had been added, can't do that in sims.........

      Oh my stars! what a beautiful build, You really did nail this one it looks just like the original one! You are a very creative and talented builder and this really shows you wonderful work! A Rec for sure form me :mrgreen:
