Regarding IE9

The last time I saw IE9 mentioned in this forum, quite a while back, it was said it might not be compatible with the launcher.
As of today, I am getting an important update from Windows that is a download for IE9. I haven't yet installed it and was wondering if there is a recommendation one way or the other for compatibility with the launcher and/or TS3.
I updated EADM and Adobe Air today and am again getting the old launcher problem saying it has quit working after installing anything when it was working just fine. Just a report. As long as I can install, I don't worry much about the launcher since I usually bypass it to play the game.
