Saving Game=Crash to desktop.

If anyone knows of a workaround to this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it. I finally had the chance to install High-End Loft Stuff, Ambitions, Fast-Lane Stuff, Late Night, and Outdoor Living Stuff on my Mac Pro, in that order. My game version is now 7.0.55.010001. I have no problem loading any of my saved games, and if all I do is load them and save them, there's no problem. But if I allow more then a few in-game hours to pass and try to save my game, the game will begin to save and then crash to the desktop without completing the aforementioned save. As you can probably imagine, this is very frustrating.
My system specs are as follows:
MacPro3,1
16GB RAM
Mac OS X 10.6.6
My game includes: The Sims 3 + World Adventures + High-End Loft Stuff + Ambitions + Fast-Lane Stuff + Late Night + Outdoor Living Stuff (Installed in the order they were released)
Game Version: 7.0.55.010001
No mods and/or CC installed
The launcher says that there are no game updates available, either. Again, if anyone knows what I'm doing wrong, please let me know. Thank you all again in advance for your time.
