    OH NO! i haven't played sims 3 in 1 month.and when i opened it today,BOOM! all my saved games,LOST!!! even the family i have been working on since last july!

      Check in your saves folder to see if they're still there or not. Sometimes when I go onto my game there's nothing there, but I exit out and go back in and they all come back.

      I had this happen once. Turned out it was because I had done some 'house cleaning' on my hard drive and moved the save game folders. TS3 will only allow them to be in one specific location. So if you've by chance moved the folders somewhere that could be the problem.

      Nothing in my saves folder. Nothing in my screenshots. nothing at all....
      i did not move my folders.

      If they're not in your saves folder you could go into your recycle bin and restore them.

      not in my recycle bin. and EA tech support wont open,and they open at 9 and it's 11 there.
