Pay to upgrade your furniture

My idea is that you should be able to pay for the ability to upgrade a piece of furniture. Say I love the style of my bed, but it has a low comfort rating, it would be nice to be able to upgrade it, instead of having to redecorate a whole room... know what I mean?

Great idea i have to redecortate the whole the freakin bathroom because one bath tub needs are low then i had to redecorate the whole bathroom :evil: :evil: but it would nice to keep the decor the way i want it
