I need somebody to make this for me: A PRIZE INVOLVED!

Okay so whoever can do this I will gift a prize off their wishlist for under 500 simpoints.
Could somebody make me a dark version of the three bear's cottage with a forest. I want this to be dark and mysterious, perhaps slightly gothic. The forest has to be scary but with a small clearing half way through (only a mini clearing) it's completely your interpretation. Then a typical fairytale cottage I guess but I would like all the furniture from the story. Please don't decorate it with the typical pastel colours, I'd like oak wood flooring and although it has to be traditional could it be dark? It needs to be big enough to film in so if you would prefer you could create the forest on a separate lot and then create a shell of the house and then sets to film in just decorated as you please.

Also I don't mind cc but please don't use store items or items from stuff packs or expansion packs.

Okay so that's kind of what I had in mind for the forest and the cottage only could you make the cottage interiors a little darker like I said.

You can take a look at my studio to see some cottages or other houses i made and then i will start the cottage you'd like to have if you want me so.
