    EA download manager?

    Hi everyone I'm having some problems...

    Whenever I open up my launcher it says 'Unable to connect to EA download manager' I didn't really think of it much until now.

    I'm getting LN and apparently you get the patch if you have LN or not. Well, I loaded up my launcher to go to game updates and it says I was up to date. But I haven't upgraded?

    When I clicked refresh it said it again (Unable to connect to EA download manager) I don't know what to do because I want the new sliders and groups!!

    Please help - I would appreciate it :)

      I had that problem as well.. what I did was uninstall the download manager and reinstall it, it has fixed my problem .. :)

      where can you find the download manager? i'm really sorry if this is a stupid question but i can't find it anywhere.

      THE EA download Manager has an update to do...

      I was having alll kind of problems til i just now remembered it had promted me to update..

      ea dload manager and sim launcher are connected...while updateing it propted me to close the launcher...

      now my launcher runs wonderfull!!

      problem solved! i downloaded the new EA manager and i can download the patch! thank you! :D

      Could this make the problem of not being able to change age, sex and skin tone in the create a sim? Because after I started to see that msg but play anyway, i have had that problem.
