Sims 3 Work
-Depending on your career you will have to face lots of decisions which will effect your Sims life....example if your the leader of the free world you have to decide how to deal with a situation with terrorist,global pandemic etc which can effect sims,you will also have to deal with the campaign of relection etc.
-New careers.
-Invest in stocks
-Have your Own Business retail from a little pop and mom shop to a Wal-Mart like retailer expanding thru all sims neighborhoods.
-Have your Own Manufacture business-You get to build cars,computers,video games houses etc.
-First Ep should have multiple neighborhoods which sims can visit if their not from their.

I had the same idea as that guy lol
I don't really mind so long as there are new hair things and all that (In an attempt to make hair more detailed it look more well... ugly.)
But honestly, I would really like to see a Makin' Magic kind of expansion. With the hole in the ground! I loved seeing my Sims jump into that. Being able to buy a house in a completely different environment where it doesn't seem to stick out like a sore thumb was nice. It was all dark and dreary, looked like it was constantly going to pour down with rain... I loved it, it reminded me of home.
Oh and I loved the kids wand maker on it, it was really cute!
So as my second I'd probably want... Ermm... Maybeee... Seasons I guess. I liked the different advantages to the different seasons like gaining friendship easier in Summer etc.
I would like to see one of the ep's have a 1920's and 30's era lifestyle with the old classic cars, and styles they used to have back then. Maybe it could have the speakeasies and the old dances they used to do back then. Just a thought
I think I'd be happy with anything that just adds extra buy and build items to the game, and more careers. I had all the expansion packs for Sims 2 and it just left me with too many options, I never knew what to do with my Sims :[
Pets would be nice, but with a similar trait system as Sims, like 'Noisy' (barks/mews alot), 'Genius', 'Affectionate'. A trait to define what type of pet they are, do they like sleeping on laps or are they the kinds that like to wander off? 'Disobedient' (is harder to train and teach tricks). Maybe traits already assigned to particular breeds? With the option for the player to add one or two more. A Vets, an actual adoption centre too were you can visit the pet and interact with it before adopting (the same for kids too, although maybe an orphanage would be too depressing?). A better variety of pets too. The birds and guineapig things were okay but they weren't that interesting. Some reptiles would be good, and bring back the bigger aquariums. More birds, bigger avaries.
Some wild animals would be good. Like finding hedgehogs/rabbits in your vegetable patch. Raccoons rummaging in your trashcan. Squirrels and birds nesting in your trees. The chance to catch/adopt them? Like the bird watching thing in Sims 2, except you actually get to see the birds. Oh, frogs and toads in ponds too, and ducks.
I've seen alot of people mention farm stuff. I think it'd be good, but you already get some farm type stuff with Riverview, hay barrels, scarecrows, cardboard cows etc. Horses would be fun as an alternative way to travel too, but the animation might be complicated. But I couldn't refuse an expansion pack that would let me have piglets or geese
Oh, and with ocean-towns, the chance to go whale watching or something? And (away from animal-related stuff) the chance to eventually swim in the ocean, go diving and sailing, go on a cruise, even own your own boat - from a tiny dingy to your own private yaught. Maybe even live in a river boat or something. :O Pirating! Definately. With the chance to design you own jolly roger

Hot Date/Nightlife!!! we need a hot tub!!!! and Seasons would be great too... (they need to bring back the frozen hot tub too)

how about bringing back the ability to build on an empty lot. I miss that.
well, you can moe your sim onto an empty lot and then build them a house...I don't know if there is a way to just make an empty lot and build without a sim...I am still figuring it all out, and the prima guide is a lot of reading!!
THEY NEED A PLACE YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE THEM EAT IN AND PICK UP GIRLS/GUYS.. THE PEOPLE AROUND THE THEATER ARE EITHER OLD, MARRIED, FAT, OR HAVE A KID ATTACHED TO THEIR ARMS...
1st I would love to see a sports ep, click on a ice rink and you can practice shots by your self or practice goal, or play a one-on-one/two-on-two. same kind of idea for basketball, football and baseball, I know it would be a lot of coding, but if it's done right, I would spend the higher cost. Being able to be a sports superstar where everyone knows you and you make loads of money would be awsome!!
2nd business one(specifically that would allow for experiencing the inside of all business and comercial buldings) I would love to move my caracter up in his job by getting bigger offices and more decorating options or owning shops ect.
University. Because going to college in the sims extremely fun. It also came with a good chunk of new jobs and all the other stuff that we simmers crave.
Night Life. Because the game's just now the same w/o being able to go out and party using your younger sims.
Freetime. Tons of new "and better" hobbies. because collecting rocks is no where near as fun as they thought it was. Give sims a larger selection of entertaining hobbies and allow them to play sports.
Adding pets just involves more work with less fun when compared to the other ones.
I'd actually like the first EPs to include weather, most of the stuff from sims1 superstar. All that 5 star gathering, papparazis and taking photos, all those good stuff can't be without it. And for final, I would really really like if the sims would pay their flippin bills when their in free will.
I feel the first EP needs to be some sort of date related one, preferably one that opens up the rabbit-hole diners/restaurants and adds nightclubs, bowling places ... or maybe even fairgrounds where all the family can "date".
The next most important would be a Holiday one. I miss the accumulation of holiday time that TS2 provided.
I hope that a Seasons style EP is in the works, but I also hope that it waits until they developers have ironed out all the bugs :roll:

Exactly, it was one of the best EPs ever, they didn't make one for TS2 would be a great time for TS3 . Photosessions and things .
As much as i would like an EP with seasons i doubt you'll see it till at least the 6th EP by the fact it took them so long to get it right in Sims 2 . I could see an OFB or NL kind of expansion being first though.
Id like a Education one, which has different kinds of Unis, for example really good ones if you get on the honour role when you leave high school, and maybe technical colleges for the not so smart, but I would like the option to stay at home and go to college, or to move out and stay in halls. Id also like more to do with school, so you can see your teens and kids in school, they can start food fights at lunch, play on the play ground, ditch classes and go to the mall, then get dragged back to school again. Id also love a nursery for the toddlers so parents can go to work. And of course have parents nights.

i know you heard this a thousand times but i think EA could make good money if they released a Magic expansion pack. Ive read on lots of forums that people miss the magic scene in the sims. It was so much fun.
I think Makin' Magic (for sims 1) was a great succes because people love to know more about the unexplainable. Magic is something that facts dont work on. Its 1 big mistery, wich makes it more intersting to play with.
I would ask, if not begging, EA to make a Magic sims 3 pack so that a lot of players all around the world could enjoy playing with magic again and discover the secrets behind it.

1. Apartments (I LOVED having more than one family in a house, plus MAGIC!)
2. Seasons (Never realized how much I loved the weather till it was gone.)
3. University ('nuff said. Awesome outfits, and further education is nice.)
4. Nightlife (I always loved downtown and vampires. I'm very much a city girl.)
5. Business (not being able to see your sim work (and shop, for that matter) ftl...)
I never did take my sims on vacations, and although they're wonderful in real life, the pets in TS2 were not accurate and took up too much of my sims' time. Sports I don't even care about irl...XD
Is it just me or is the game REALLY SLOW? Not loading-wise, but the fact that it just seems to take so much longer to get to know people than it did in TS2.
And a Superstar version for the Sims 3 would be amaaaazing, I forgot all about that game.
Also, University was cool and all but it took WAY TOO LONG to get through school. I always gave up and got anxious and made them drop out so I could get on with things.
I'm still rooting for a magic one myself *hides at the dirty looks.* :P I miss magic from sims1 a lot, and Apartment Life just didn't do it justice at all. The whole atmosphere of sims1 was different with the carnival rides and games, to the spell ingredients and building options.

I'm sure they'll wait to release the pets, though. It's usually a hot commodity and EA seems to enjoy torturing their consumers.
