Depending on how "intellegent" your EADM was, it may or may not install a patch for other expansion packs or stuff packs. You should update them (World Adventures, High-End Loft Stuff, and Ambitions) as well as the Base game.
You can try the following links when they update (at the time of writing this, this was not up to date yet):

If you cannot find any patches, you may want to update EA Download Manager (EADM). The latest version is 6.0.4.124
Just restart EADM without using the Sims 3 launcher.
