Creat A Sim keeps freezing my game?

Whenever I attempt to open create-a-sim, my game freezes and I have to manually restart my computer (esc and ctrl alt del doesn't even work!). This has happened either twice or three times now... The first time happened after I changed my graphics to make them better. Do you think this freezing has something to do with the graphics or just a glitch in general? Also, I was using create-a-sim last night and it was perfectly fine! :?:
