    Did not get my free sim points when I registered the game

    When I first registered the game it gave me the option to go to the store and use my free sim points or to dl the town. I dl the town first and now I can't find the option to get my free sim points any suggestions?

      I found mine on My Page. Under my avatar / profile info, there was a box prompting me to click and claim the points. The box disappeared after I claimed them.

      Try going to MY Page - My Account (log in) then click the option about your store account. When I do that I get a large orange box as it enters the store about redeeming my points.

      after i downloaded the sims3 game i went into my account and saw the "redeem your simpoints" or sumthing like that and then when i finished it had the simpoints...=)
