I googled and found this: The telephone number for EA Support is 0870 2432435. They are open 9am-9pm from Monday to Friday and calls are charged at national rate from a BT line.

It's dated 2009 but it should still be the same. Hope it works. :)

I'm not sure if it is! but in the UK, I think most mobile phones start with the numbers 07, so the first number looks like a mobile number to me!

so after 45 mins of a call which will probably cost me a months wage,
after giving all my details i got transferred a few times "yeah this is very unusual, we have a specialist team looking at it, but it could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, other than that there's nothing we can do for you"

why am i not happy right now ....

wonder if that redeem option works

just checked my emails  they gave me the 2,000 points free, and said they are looking into it, but  my phone bill ...

    45 minutes!

Are you trying to pay by card? I'm just wondering if paypal would work any differently?

Edit: Sorry I just saw your edit, glad you got the points eventually! :)

Next time, try the Ea store instead of the Sims store to buy points. I saved 2-3$ because of the currency rate ( i live in Canada). I think you'll save money especially if your from the UK. Here is the link : http://eastore.ea.com/store/ea/search/?keywords=simpoints

I just wanted to agree with juelle_lou, i bought World Adventures last night, from the GAME.CO.UK site, on a direct download, and they didnt give me a serial code, so after spending the morning shouting down the phone i rang ea, and they instantly gave me a new code and everything!! EA your amaaaaaazing, we appreciate all your help!!
