When I purchased the daily deal on 7/29/10 Gothic Set it did not install into my launcher and when I go to my purchase history the set shows and has "download" below the picture but when I click on it nothing happens. When I hover over the picture of the set it doesn't show "click for details".
I looked in the "Sets" tab at the store and it does not show that I own this Item and I can not download from there....I assume this is because I didn't pay full price for the item.
Any Help would be appreciated. If this set will not download I would like you to refund my simpoints please.

I think it was Mezzarine who first noticed you could "sneak in" via the "Home Decor" and "Home Improvement" links to the Gothique content, in this thread here on the forum.
I've read here on the forum that EA's working on fixing this, but it's amazing to me no Tech Support nor SimGuru's have commented yet or joined in offering to help.

EA's a very large company, and I'm sure most of the folks there are working hard to improve our game experience.
I just feel they need to be a bit more pro-active in monitoring the Forums here and keeping folks up-to-date. I've read folks (as late as last week) were being told to "Uninstall and re-install" the entire game to "fix" this problem ... when it's clearly on their back-end.
I'd sometimes like to *spank* their back-ends :twisted: , but then I remember ...
