This is great! I love the design, and the interior is cozy...and it's a starter! I think this should qualify as the best starter ever!

    Yes! Brick!

Fresh from enthusing about in CarynColleen's thread, I'm back like a madman to rave some more.

Oh, and it's a great starter, too! How on earth did you manage to include 2 full bathrooms as well as everything else? Aw heck - I won't ask questions. Download and a rec from me. ;)

    Looks great!
It has so much space in the living area, and I think it should be easy to expand. I really like the master bedroom wall pattern. Rec'd! :D

I'm trying to be petty and jealous of your perfect starter but it's just so sweet and twee and... gorgeous, clever, cool, pleasing, sumptious, pulchritudinous and sublime too! :)

Ha, ha. Looks like tdewd and I are following the same path on the forums. Ditto, I just got back from CarynColleen's thread too. Ruth, great job. I can never seem to keep my starters below 30K! lol. :D Rec'd and will download tonight. I'm on my lunch break, really!

Another gorgeous starter Ruthy! Wow, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths?! Amazing. Love how spacious it is and I just adore the colors you chose for the exterior... the blue siding looks beautiful with those red bricks. Off to rec.

They are just recolors of the ones that come in the game. :D

According to me, the best starters are those that look not. So i just want to to make you know that this one fit perfectly with this description and is defenetly the nicest i've ever seen because of its great size, covering walls colour and furnishing.

    Excellent work, Ruthless !

Your patterns are recolors from the game? Amazing! Currently, I am working on a build with base game patterns only. It is hard, but you managed to make them look awesome! I love the look of the architecture as well as the subtle landscaping. Rec'd.

Yes, I love doing starters because its a game within the game....I enjoy ( and get frustrated!) trying to see how far I can push it. :D

I do think of expansion when I build...on this one you can extend back into the backyard quite a bit and also make the one story section over the kitchen 2 stories. Thanks for taking the time to look and notice :D
