ok so i am unable 2 d/l the new patch when i hit d/l it says
it has failed to start as QtCore4.dll was not found.
i hae re installed and it it still sayin it. any idea on what 2 do?

Open the EA download manager and make sure it's been fully updated. EADM is a separate entity and the copy that shipped with the game is WAY old. If that doesn't let you update the game.

Here's what you can try. I'm assuming you are running Windows.
1st. Uninstall your copy of the EA Download manager.
2nd. Restart your computer.
3rd. Download the newest version from the EAStore. Here's the link. and install it.
4th. Start the newly installed Download manager just to make sure it's up to date.
5th. Start TS3 and see if you can get the update.

It has been recommended that we uninstall the EADM and install the new version prior to reinstalling TS3.

One more thing if you would. Edit your fist post adding (Resolved) to the title.

Or better yet change the title to something like "Patch not downloading (Resolved)" So others can find it easier.
