"Taking a picture" interaction for movie making

Does anyone know how the "Taking a picture" interaction can be initiated? I've seen sims taking performing the interaction above to other sims in EA's promotional shorts and pictures but I just can't figure out how. Any help would be much appreciated since I'm planning a story that includes that pose.
