Recreating Books? - an idea, please read

So I was just looking through the story board, when I had an idea. Wouldn't it be fun to try and recreate scenes from actual books (with quotes from the book) with sims? I haven't really seen this done, or done well, at least. (if it has been done, please tell me, but i don't think I've seen it often)
Anyhow, I think this would be a neat challenge for story makers to try. It would also be neat just to try and create the sets, and the characters.
I'll probably try it eventually, jut might take me a while to get to it. So tell me- have you ever written a story in this format, or do you think you'll be trying it?
I might add a list of stories written this way if I get enough responses.
