tomb building: naming mummies?

Got into tomb building; learned about the triggers, and "Release Tomb Mummy" as attached to a sarcophagus. How do you pick a name for the mummy? It's clear from the game-provided tombs, that there is a way to specify; or there would be no "jean necteaux" mummy for example. The egyptian kings' names might be randomized though.
Also curious if there is any way, at all, to add the resultant mummy to the family and put them through the blessed sarcophagus-- 'twould be quite cool to have a 5000-yr-old member of the family! I highly doubt it-- but can't hurt to ask.
