    This is really ******* me off. I bought 5 dollars worth of sim points to get generation clock, and I DID NOT GET IT!!!

    EA is now worse than Nexon.

    Its time for EA jokes.

      first check your "Purchase History" its under "My Account". you'll have to log in again for security reasons.

      If that fails, I think you are talking about the table clock that looks antique? I'm pretty sure that promotion ended a while ago. (the one where you buy where simpoints for the first time and get to choose your prize)

      I bought sim points at the time of the promo, and its not in my history
