    How do I enable testing cheats?

      hold down Ctrl-shift-C at the same time then type in: testingcheatsenabled true then hit enter

      This is close there just needs to be a space between "enabled" and "true".

      Press CTRL + Shift + C

      This will bring up a blue text entry box at the top of the screen, then you want to enter: 
      testingcheatsenabled true
