My Sim Self

Hi Everyone,

I am just looking for some suggestion on modifying my first attempt at my SimSelf.

Here is the picture I sort of used, along with a mirror. Any help and suggestions you can provide would be most helpful. And if any kind soul would be interested in creating their own version of me I would love to see it.

One more question, I have seen how some people post a picture of the Sim in the formum post, not just the avatar, can someone tell me how this is done. I must be a total dope.

Hard to say from just seeing the little avatar pic but I would say you did a great job!

eyebrows - I would straighten the eyebrows a bit more - yours in the pic are more horizontal with a slight point. Try using the female eyebrows in the bottom center of the eyebrow menu. You can then go into the eyebrow settings and flatten it with the eyebrow curve and then rotate it so it is horizontal.
Like these eyebrows i did for a friend -

eye corners - Also imagine points at the inside and outside of your eyes and draw a line between them. yours is horizontal but in the eyes you picked for your sim the outer corner is higher than the inner corner. Easy to fix by using the Eye Rotate slider.

For inserting pictures from Flickr - Above you photo in Flickr you will see this magnifying glass icon that says ALL SIZES. Click that and then scroll down where it says 2. Grab the photo's URL: Copy paste that address into your post here in the forum, highlight the addres and then click the IMG button so that the HTML tags will be put on for you.

For taking screnshots in CAS - What I do when I am still in Create a Sim is I get real close and take a screenshot. Your keyboard has a PRINTSCREEN button. Just hit that and the image on your screen is saved to a clipboard. Then I open the simple windows PAINT program (that everybody has) and hit control+V to paste the screenshot. From there I edit using the PAINT program and save it as a jpeg and finally upload the jpeg to flickr.
