School - 64 X 45
Hospital - 30 X 44
Police - 30 X 30
Theater - 25 X 30
Bistro - 20 X 25
Gallery - 20 X 25
Bookstore - 20 X 25
City Hall - 30 X 64
Spa - 20 X 25
Library - 20 X 25
Market - 20 X 25
Juice Bar - 20 X 25
Gym - 30 X 45
Military Base - 44 X 44
Stadium - 48 X 55
Office Tower - 24 X 24
Research Facility - 24 X 40
Warehouse - 24 X 24
Diner - 18 X 24

This is not a complete list, but I hope someone finds it useful.

Hopefully when I update River Island or Create a new world I'll remember this list, makes a lot of difference to the speed of completion

Thanks, these lists are so helpful. Could I bother you with a question? I asked this in another post but perhaps you could answer it. What are good estimated sizes for small, medium, and large residential type lots?

A small residential lot is 20 X 30, and a large is 64 X 64. Medium would be anywhere in between!;)

NOTE: I have noticed a difference in community lot sizes between Riverview and Sunset Valley.

thanks this is actually really helpful, however i read somewhere in the forum that the lot sizes in caw differs when in the game. is this true?
