Unable to Redownload Riverview

Hi, I had to uninstall and reinstall my game b/c of a serious glitch. Now I can't install Riverview again! I've tried several times and when I go to d/l it by clicking on the d/l tab, it automatically adds it to my game, but I can't install it; it's highlighted in red and a red circle w/a slash thru it in the status. Somebody tried suggesting to me to d/l it as a sims3pack file, but that seems to be impossible. Is the d/l broken or corrupted somehow? Thanks!
