      TSBM has cheated CAS for other Sims that they didn't control (i.e. editing your Sim best friend's looks, lol)

      Probably, back in the TS2 days I used to delete all the townies in a new neighbourhood and make my own with CC (I don't use CC in TS4 because I like the game's own stuff)
