Catch Phrase

Every Sims should have a 20 character "Catch Phrase" that can be set at any time.
If its not set, it could pick from a random one supplied by EA.
Example, Your character will periodically have a speech bubble have the words "I am King of the World" (or whatever you set it) over their head.
Not an earth-shattering game play changer, but it would add some color to a game where all I hear is "Shabbadoo? Nerflunk Gorploo"
