Limits Basegame + City Living + Highschool No more than 3 additional packs, kits or combination of.

No Buydebug(the problematic ones, we know which)
No changing the position of the walls of the shared areas (open areas where the stairs and elevators are) but you can paint them and add more windows.
Yes change all wall heights.
Yes change walls inside individual units(add, remove, reshape) if needed.
Yes change balconies, they are part of the individual units.
Yes change windows.
Yes change rooftops, landscaping, elevators if needed.
