Mods on Mac not working?

I'm having issues getting mods to work on Mac. I have checked the option to enable mods, and as far as I can tell they are in the right folder. I'm not sure what else to do, any ideas?

Hi @MyMonaLisa! There's a pinned thread on how to install mods properly here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Game-and-Mod-CC-Issues/bd-p/the-sims-4-game-issues-mods-en. The things I see most are that people aren't actually using the game-created Mods folder (even when they think they are), that they haven't extracted mods from the Zip folder they came in for downloading purposes, that they've put script mods too many folders deep, and that they're missing parts of mods and extra files a mod depends on.

I only have one mods folder in my EA games folder. One of my mods is working but the rest are not, which is very weird.

It does sound like you might have a second Mods folder in the wrong place. Double check your pathway. It should be Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods. And check that thread for other possible installation errors.
