I found the kit to be decent but how are you going to call it modern luxe and advertise it as "luxury" and the items cost low simoleons and the stats are subpar.
I was expecting the bed to cost at least 5000 and to have better stats than 5 energy. The dining chairs I believe have no comfort stat at all. Art(TV) is only fun 7, the other artwork only environment 2 and the floors which are quite nice only have low fire resist, no lot gain?? These items may look luxurious but the stats are not that comforting\luxurious to my sims. It is really a shame because this is one of the better kits.
Can we make the stats\item cost match the theme of the packs going forward?
