Infant Sims have the hidden Future Sim trait available to them as a normal trait?

Hi, I recently started playing the Sims 3, and some of my Sims had babies. However, something odd I noticed when selecting traits for my newborn. The Future Sim hidden trait was available alongside the rest of the normal Sim traits. As far as I understand, the Future Sim trait is a hidden trait, and isn't supposed to be selectable from the trait menu. Is this a known glitch? And if so, is there a way to fix this glitch?
