There is a problem, signed into the wrong account in EA store page.

When i log into my account it automatically goes into someone else's account. definitely a stranger. I try to log out to sign back properly, but this won't let me. It's very confusing this time. On the EA store page I just press log in and into someone like memesaki (can't check for the name anymore). It's the same account I had a problem with before, but that was resolved. I changed my password recently. With the confusing part when I click on the account info it's my account. I am the only one that would use my computer, I have repeatedly tried to log out and every time this has automatically sent me back into this stranger account. Contacting help is confusing too, like it's impossible. I tried to give my new case on his account, but the prompt doesn't come up like it should. This completely keeps me from surveying what I want to add to my account.
