Strange icon

When I look at the map of a world I see a strange icon above some lots. It is an orange icon whit a hand and a question mark Can someone tell me what it means?

is it the one they added for the new tutorial thing? i am not sure what its for either but i turned off tutorial thing and restarted game and it was gone

Gosh, I hope this doesn't mean EA is going to hold the hands of those of us who have been playing this game for a few years. Face/palm. Glad it got turned off when tutorial was switched off.

yeah its little strange that its default setting for every save like yeah i get it newbies probably ain't gonna be navigating to settings for that but idk

I guess its good that it reminds me to check all my settings before i start playing

what frustrates me more is neighborhood stories being on by default because i constantly forget to turn it off and it wipes like half the neighborhood and makes great mess

I might be wrong but I feel like it means a starter home, or at least one your sim can afford.

That is so obnoxious, it should be set off as default. Messes up my stuff all the time too because I forget to go and turn it off (or at least uncheck deaths and move into empty houses) as well AND it's a pain to get to the setting to turn it off.

@JustinB113 I do not any starter home ans the icon also appeared on communauty lots. But it has desappeared now after closing and reoening the game.
