MCCC - tips and pointers

I'm hearing a lot about MCCC lately and what it can bring to your game, I have no experience with this to date. I was hoping someone could link me to a place I can download it? and give me some tips and pointers when it comes to using it and game play etc

Hey can anyone help me? I downloaded MC command center for the sims 4 to be able to have my sims live on community lots, but I can't find any option to do this? It should say ''allow add sim on community lots'' somewhere, but it doesn't. I downloaded the latest version, yet I still can't find it.

That option is in Sims 3 NRaas MasterController , but I don’t think that it is in Sims 4 MCCC mod.
