Saved outfits keep changing

I noticed this two updates ago. All of my Sims, in all of my neighborhoods, keep having their saved outfits change. For example, I will make 3 everyday outfits for a Sim so I can rotate through them depending on where I send the Sim, save them, and go back to playing the game. The Sim will go to work, or I will send him to a venue, and when returning back to the home lot, all the saved outfits will be the same. It's bad enough that they have random outfits appear on them with no rhyme or reason, but I get tired of having to go in to CAS to change the entire outfit every time I want a clothing change.

Try moving your whole mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and test to see if that helps the issues.
If the issues still remain, repairing the game may help. To do that, go to games library in Origin, right click on the sims 4 picture and click repair

It may be related to the mods/cc that you use. Try testing without your mods folder in the game and see if the issues remain. Don’t save the game though when testing or you will save the game with your sims wearing no cc,
