OH... MY... GOSH!!! I hope you don't mind me putting a couple of pics in here, but this is the Lot in my hood in the place I was saving for it:
Even the bits of fencing are in keeping with the Lot next to it! I love all the detail in it, so so perfect. It is amazing, totally awesome!! Thank you so much *gives the fluffiest hugs ever* I just wonder now who to lock in the jail cell

I finally finished the traditional Japanese apartment requested by @AuronoiChieftain and it can be found here as Tetsugaia Apartment 1 and Tetsugaia Apartment 2 here: [Floor 1], and here: [Floor 2]. More screenshots can be found on my showcase here. Don't forget to enable bb.moveobjects on as well as replace and repaint all walls and fences that were taken down to create one room so it could be uploaded. Everything you asked for, as well as multiple household shrines, was implemented to the best of my ability with the objects we have. Thanks for requesting and I hope you enjoy!

@ScarletPipper, you have captured the Zen feel for sure in your Tetsugaia Apartments! Are those little square green things by the bamboo floor seating?
@romagi1 Thank you! I think your talking about the meditation seats in the yoga studio. They're from Spa Day and are used to meditate and gain the Wellness skill. I believe your sims sit down at certain points in the animation so it's not technically a seat, but they kinda sit on it .
Edit: There's no actual floor seating in the Sims 4 so this is pretty much the closest you'd get.
