You can build a structure to only enclose the bathroom and still meet this requirement.
When only enclosing a bathroom I *Highly* recommend a wall at the front of the the lot with a door to act as the front door. Otherwise visitors will use the bathroom to know and enter.
Yay! I actually had plans written out for my sims, and the one was unemployed, who would just sit and paint when they got money for it, and would collect things until then. The other will be in the business career. I don't know if I'll post updates but I certainly can try.
Absolutely! There have been so many wonderful things added to the game since this challenge was written. You can also use Clubs to gain friends or skills or however you wish.
The Wishing Well can be used As long as you do not wish for money .
The only important rule is to not use cheats to gain money.

So no penny pixies then? Also I have an update. No pics, sorry... (computer died and I'm on mobile)
Bram Harperwood and Amethyst Lake (non-married) had been fooled into signing a contract with the Sim-Millionaires foundation. They would be stripped of all their posessions and money, except for some clothing and dropped on a lot, and expected to survive. On top of that, they had to become millionaires, no matter how long it takes.
"I cannot believe I was forced into signing that! It's not fair," said Bram Harperwood, a self assured, ambitious, and outgoing man. "I wanted to be rich, but not like this! I wanted to start with my parents fortune! Not some lot in the middle of nowhere-"
"You mean Windenburg? This is hardly the middle of nowhere." said Amethyst Lake. She was cheerful, creative, and loved the outdoors.
"It is. You can't possibly be happy about this."
"But I am! I'm always happy, but especially where nature is concerned! Some of my best memories were spent camping."
"Whatever, Ruby."
"The name is Amethyst. It's purple."
"Like your hair."
"Yes. Exactly. But darker usually. Now get off my lot. I have work to do. Collectibles to find, frogs to breed, fish to catch."
"This is my lot."
"No it's not! This is mine. Now go away. I have had far too much of you."
Bram pulled a piece of paper out of his pocket. It read, in unusually small font: To make the task ahead of you easier, we have provided another person to live with you, who shall be treated as your equal. You are greatly encouraged to pursue a relationship with them,
either romantically or just friendly. Neither one of you are permitted to move residences until you have reached the parameters of this contract. Good day. ~The Sim-Millionaires foundation.
Over the next few days, the two sims became much more civil, and Bram has become more positive. They now had more necessities and few luxuries. Promotions came quick, and rather frequent especially for Amethyst. They even had become romantically involved. Bram had plans to propose the coming Tuesday, when they had built the walls of their home.
So, pretty well. I wish I could turn aging off and have them accomplish it themselves. Oh well. At least their children will be slightly better off.
I love this challenge. Its so much fun and my sims are doing well. This challenge will take a long time but I don't think I'll get bored. My sims have since gotten a small home, got engaged, expanded the home, got married and just welcomed a little girl in the family. I've called her Rosebud after the challenge, and she'll be nicknamed Rosie.
Also Can I use that money trashcan?
@gummybear0724 Excellent to hear you are making progress. Aww congrats on Baby Rosie.
Yes you may use that trashcan if you wish.
She is a toddler now and quite the adorable one too! I haven't had her as a tot too long but I find toddlerhood is much easier when playing as the toddler. They have such a large house now and mistakenly did it the day before bills are due!
@gummybear0724 I have fallen into that trap of expanding right before bills are due.
Toddlers are adorable and also challenging to stay ahead of their needs. Lol

Yes! Bills were §711 so not totally awful as my male sim, Bram, makes 650 daily so not too hard of a hit. But big news! Rosie is gonna be a big sister! I hope she likes the new baby. Good news is that she will be on her last day of toddlerhood at the very least so I won't have to manage a toddler and a baby for too long!
Little Bram Jr was welcomed into this world just a few days ago. The family is currently finishing their home. I am going to have them adopt a girl Rosies age as she is now a child. The family now has a nanny who comes daily for free because I couldn't handle it anymore! My sim had the free services. Bram Jr will be a tot soon!
Really a smart idea to have a Nanny especially for free.
Do you have the Parenthood Pack? I am curious to know if a child can use the option to "Adopt as Caregiver" on the Nanny.
I played this save last night after taking a break and doing a few builds in my build saves. So much fun still. I'm not sure where exactly I am, as I had it going this morning but it crashed and now origin feels the need to update, even though we just updated the day before yesterday. Bram and Amethyst have also adopted a girl Rosie's age called Lottie. That's honestly all I got to play, and if origin hurries up I will continue.

My game ... and Origin have both been a bit contrary lately. Hope you can get everything worked out.
I've played my original save a few times since then. But I started a new one after seeking to complete fabulously wealthy and found a great way to earn money. By selling the 2k digital cameras at the street table from CL. I started it on Saturday, and haven't even played today and have around 300,000 dollars so far.
Outdoor Retreat plus level 10 handiness provides another great money-making opportunity. Once you have level 10 handiness go to Granite Falls or just place one of those giant statues and learn the schematics for the statue. Once that is done you can craft them on the woodworking bench. Normally they sell for three or four thousand and up. With the sale table you could make a small fortune in no time.

Also, my sims collected enough simoleans to get a bed, a shower, a fridge, and has about 550 left on hand in about three days. Should i let her get a job?

Love The back story !
Youth Potion and any other potions bought with earned points are allowed.
Hmmm. I may use them, then.
