Then everyone sends in the role they would like to be, and I believe it goes that you go down the list, and award each player their role if it is available because nobody ahead of them wanted it. Example list:
Broncos sends in 2, Keyen sends in 5, Crafty sends in 5, Iceman sends in 4, Bratton sends in 183, and Sub sends in 1
