I'm really hoping someone can help me. I don't know if this is in the right spot I'm so sorry if it's not.
So yesterday afternoon I was playing the game normally and then it just froze up while they were having a Bday party at a venue. So I restarted my computer and now when I try to go back and play it will freeze on the loading screen. It only does it with my main family though. If I choose another family to play it loads just fine. I've gone back to previous saves in the save file and tried to load them but every time I go back into the game no matter if I go back to yesterday morning when I load the game it still shows them at the venue.
I have tried to delete the venue from the map and I still can't load it. I've tried to move them out of their house onto another lot and it still freezes. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I have spent a good 6 months on this save and I really don't want to lose all that progress.
If anyone can help me I would be forever grateful!
