CK, your cat ladies are gorgeous. The other night I noticed my sim shoving his wife at the club for the first time. She was grungy, and I'm not sure if his needs were low. She didn't get upset so I don't know what triggers it. Perhaps being at the club?
It was the first time I'd seen it, so it really took me by surprise.
It makes me wonder what else I haven't seen.
The cat girls really take advantage of the cat walk entrance to my dance club.

Very creative! The cat pictures in their house are a nice touch. It's really funny how other sims are trying to join their club. Maybe I haven't been playing enough, but no sims have contacted me about joining any of my clubs... not that I mind, haha.
There's actually an icon of a white cat in the game that occasionally appears in thought bubbles. You could use for the trait logo if you find it.
The Sims 4 Get Pets (probable title) can't be announced soon enough. I hope EA only includes dogs and cats in it, though; that way they can add the most features possible. I missed having animal skills and animal jobs in The Sims 3. Horses can just be added in a gamepack.
I need to furnish their home. They've just started their careers and don't have much money though.
I thought I saw a cat icon in the game somewhere. I have Zerbu's more icons mod, but the cat icon is not part of it. I have already saved some cat icons to make own.
I would love if Cat Sims were the life state for pets, or one for Supernatural. It would be great iff witches can have cats as familiars and use magic to turn their familiars into Cat Sims, and there should be potions/CAS if you want to turn you own sim into one.
The Neko Trait
Looking good, Bastet. She is the only one with the Neko trait, for testing purposes.
I find myself enjoying playing with outfits for these three.
The first thing I did was satisfy Bastet's Neko whim to catch a fish. I sent all three of them.

This club just seems so lively and fun for some reason. I spend most of time being amused, but this has kicked it up a notch.
Romantic Garden Stuff
I was hoping for a game pack this month, but at least a stuff pack with provide some distraction while I wait.
I can't get as excited about stuff packs as I do Game and Expansion packs, but this one may be more useful than the others for me.
Strangely, I will not be valuing this pack for the outfits.
New clothing is more important to me than objects and hair since I am not crazy about TS4's low detail object meshes and textures. And I prefer old school sim hair to the new clay hair. I use CC hair instead, or re-texture some of my favorite TS4 hair meshes. Romantic Garden stuff has a few clothing items I will use, but from what I've seen I will probably not be using the majority of them. I particulalry like this dress on the blonde woman, but only certain sims will most likely wear it.
The objects are not the main draw for me either, but I think I will find them useful.
I could really use some tall flowers.
These will help improve Olivia's garden.
The statues, arches, and other architectural landscape objects will come in handy for my mansions and improving parks. I plan to give the park in Willowcreek a major makeover.
These are why I am buying this pack.
This fountain should help with making community lots more lively.
I can also see having one in my major mansions. There will be teen courtships in the garden out back--once we have Generations!
Reason number one for why I want this pack: The Wishing Well.
I liked using the wishing wells in The Sims 2 and The Sims 3. I am happy to see it return.
And it seems like it will be better than ever with so many outcomes. I think it will certainly add some fun and randomness to my game.
What’s more, the stuff pack also includes the Whispering Wishing Well, and woe to the Sim who underestimates the power it wields. A single Simoleon is all it takes to cast a wish, be it for happiness, wealth, a child, youth, love, and more… but the Wishing Well is known to be quite temperamental, and one should carefully gauge not only what they wish for, but when they wish for it. Over fifty different outcomes ensure that your Sim’s life may be altered forever… though it may end in rejoicing, or in personal tragedy.
I also like that ghosts can wish to return to the living.
Why is this?
Several reasons. Mainly because I am holding back on playing as I normally do.
The game just isn't complete enough for me to go forward. I am just prepping, prepping, prepping.
I am hoping for some kind or romance pack, so I can begin paring my sims up for marriages.
I am hoping for a Generations pack that will bring more family play, toddlers, and pre-teens.
I need more content because I have over 20 sandboxy sim scenarios for inventive simming. I would love to play them out, but the more content I have, the richer the experience will be.
So aging is off. My sims may try flirts here and there. It's hard to resist couples though. I have a few couples already despite avoiding it. My sims are only partying, working, socializing, and pursuing hobbies. After everyone is level 5 in their careers and I have satisfied all initial aspirations, it will be time to set them aside. I do believe we will have Generations (toddlers and pre-teens.) before I get to that.

That Deadly Reality Show
I am moving ahead with my deadly reality survival show. I'll test the waters to see how it works. #Drama and Danger
This is a copy of the original, so my sims are safe and sound in their original reality.
It will be a long process. All 30 of my sims are involved, divided up into six houses.
This is Reality House 6.
Riya is here. She has been designated the house leader. This show will use the Social Club game play mechanic.
Cade resides here too. Gamma, their usual roommate, is living in another Reality House.
I will switch to another house when this one has its first loser.
Daniel, Alexus, and Cedric are here.
And here we have our first penalty.
The social club has established 4 "Don'ts" There is supposed to be 5, but two members share reading as a don't.
These no nos were established by seeing what wishes were typical for each sim. So they are playing against their natures.
Cedric has a wish to flirt with Alexus which is against the house rules. He gets docked 100 satisfaction points for the action, plus another 100 from being called out about by Daniel. The 200 hundred points are removed by making him spend them.
Cade had a wish to read a book. Cedric called her out on it.
Alexus wanted to mix up an excellent drink. She didn't make an excellent one, but she didn't get called out by the others either.
I will be making up the rules as I play along. I think there will be opportunities for the contestants to really rack up points when they get a call from other sims to go out. Since it is a timed event, they have so much time to try to satisfy all the wishes they dream up.
And... as it happens, Alexus got a call to go hang out with this guy.
She should be smiling, she was at the bottom for satisfaction points. She really needs this.
Edgar is here. She's had some romantic interactions with hims before, I guess.

TDRS: Aspiration Day
I am really winging it here as I try to figure out how This Deadly Reality Show is going to work.
Yesterday, they worked on satisfying wishes. Today it's their aspiration.
Everyone has the Popularity aspiration.
One of their aspiration goals is to introduce themselves to 10 unknown sims. So It's scramble time.
There are only a few townies around at the moment. Alexus nabs Nancy Landgraab.
Other sims are arriving at the park.
I just cue up as many introductions as possible for each sim and let them go at it.
They are almost done and we move on to a new venue.
I seemed to have never gotten around to planning a party outfit for Alexus.

That goal met, they take care of their needs.

I think Daniel likes Candy. I'll keep that in mind for the future.
The next aspiration goal is to meet three new sims in three different locations.
We will start with this pub in Windenberg.

The next stop is a Windenburg cafe.
And somehow the goal was instantly met just by entering this lot. They probably got one for meeting sims at the dance club too.
I am worried about Cade.
She is the lowest scorer at the moment.
Looks like skill building will be a part of the show too. The popularity aspiration requires charisma skills.
So by playing last night, I think I have a weekly routine down for this reality show.
Monday: Wish fulfillment on the home lot. Tuesday: Popularity aspiration goal fulfillment on community lots. Wednesday: Charisma skill building at home. Thursday: Wish fulfillment on a community lot. The That Deadly Reality Show contestants returned home without a living Cade Macklamoor.
Riya went straight to her room to cry it out in her bed.
Cedric displayed his sadness, but hit the books along with Daniel to work on their charisma skill.
Alexus did the same.
Riya eventually came down to join them.
A good cry seemed to help.
For some reason the Volume 3 Charisma book wasn't skilling her up, so I had her practice in the mirror.
It didn't take long because she was minutes away from maxing her skill.
She received a text message from Bastet, consoling her about Cade's death.
It seemed natural to return a sad text message. Bastet texted her back and asked her to drop by for some cheering up.
What a great segue to a satisfaction point opportunity.
Only... Bastet wasn't there.
Ceridwen was however.
She took it upon herself to cheer up Riya.
I thought that was awesome.
Unfortunately it didn't do much for her two-day sadness moodlet, but it was the thought that counted.
She only got 25 satisfaction points out of it due to my rule about whims that can't be met stopping any further whim fulfillment. Every little bit helps and she's leading in points anyway.

I should rename this game, That Depressingly Deadly Reality Show.
Everyone is so sad. It's still Satuday Night and Riya is back from her visit to Bastet, Ceridwen, and Hecate's house.
Tomorrow is Sunday and that is the day for the loser challenge. Daniel's face should tell you who that is. He wouldn't have to face it if Cade had not died at the wishing well. But on the brightside, he won't be facing the challenge alone. Cedric will be joining him.
Why?
Well, as Daniel was munching on his cookie while at the table with Alexus and Riya, he autonomously satisfied a whim, bringing his satisfaction points up to 800. This ties him with Cedric.
Everyone should be going to bed now.
Riya is so sad. She's been in and out of the bed crying about Cade.
Now she can just get in it and sleep.

This random event has a time for over three hours. It's late. She's tired. And 3 hours seems a little unfair to the others. I think I will limit the time to an hour and a half.

I like this. These sims will spend a lot of time on the home lot. It will be nice to get out now and then.
What makes this show deadly?

I am really winging it here as I try to figure out how This Deadly Reality Show is going to work.
Yesterday, they worked on satisfying wishes. Today it's their aspiration.
Everyone has the Popularity aspiration.
One of their aspiration goals is to introduce themselves to 10 unknown sims. So It's scramble time.
There are only a few townies around at the moment. Alexus nabs Nancy Landgraab.
Other sims are arriving at the park.
I just cue up as many introductions as possible for each sim and let them go at it.
They are almost done and we move on to a new venue.
I seemed to have never gotten around to planning a party outfit for Alexus.
"Hello!"

That goal met, they take care of their needs.
Hmm...
I think Daniel likes Candy. I'll keep that in mind for the future.
The next aspiration goal is to meet three new sims in three different locations.
We will start with this pub in Windenberg.
There is only two sims and a mixologist in there, but that's all we need.
The next stop is a Windenburg cafe.
And somehow the goal was instantly met just by entering this lot. They probably got one for meeting sims at the dance club too.
I am worried about Cade.
She is the lowest scorer at the moment.
Looks like skill building will be a part of the show too. The popularity aspiration requires charisma skills.
So by playing last night, I think I have a weekly routine down for this reality show.
Monday: Wish fulfillment on the home lot.
Tuesday: Popularity aspiration goal fulfillment on community lots.
Wednesday: Charisma skill building at home.
Thursday: Wish fulfillment on a community lot.
Friday: Popularity aspiration goal fulfillment on community lots.
Saturday: Wish-day at the wishing well.
Sunday: The loser challenge.
I have a question, with all the cc you have, does your game run slower?
The game is pretty smooth despite all the CC hair roaming around in the world.
The game seems to love slapping it on townies.
But I do have a fast computer though with a top of the line video card.
I wanted to include the wishing well as part of the show.
It certainly should make things interesting and probably give the sole survivor a vast fortune. For now, it's a chance to help improve their charisma skills.
The well is looking a bit angry today. I think they should make an offering before making a wish.
As a rule, the sims with the lowest Satisfaction points has to go first.
That would be Cade.
It didn't care much for the offering.
Oh well... she must make a wish anyway.

They are only allowed 100 Simoleons for an offering.
Alexus received some writing skill points--useless for this competition.
Uh oh, the happy face is gone.
Riya had better make an offering, just in case.
Alright, she's good to go.
Buy the way, Riya has the crown because she is leading in Satisfaction points. If she ever falls behind in points she must pass the crown to the new leader.
She maxed her mixologist skill. That's actually bad if she gets wishes to mix drinks. It's against the house rules.
Riya actually has a charisma advantage. She is level 9 for charisma.
The might as well go home. The guys need to take advantage of those 4 hour skill boost moodlets.
Cedric is sad about Cade's death.
Daniel should be the one doing the sad walk.
Cade was schedule for the loser challenge tomorrow. With her death, Daniel is now the new loser.
That Deadly Reality Show.
The That Deadly Reality Show contestants returned home without a living Cade Macklamoor.
Riya went straight to her room to cry it out in her bed.
Cedric displayed his sadness, but hit the books along with Daniel to work on their charisma skill.
Alexus did the same.
Riya eventually came down to join them.
A good cry seemed to help.
For some reason the Volume 3 Charisma book wasn't skilling her up, so I had her practice in the mirror.
It didn't take long because she was minutes away from maxing her skill.
She received a text message from Bastet, consoling her about Cade's death.
It seemed natural to return a sad text message. Bastet texted her back and asked her to drop by for some cheering up.
What a great segue to a satisfaction point opportunity.
Only... Bastet wasn't there.
Ceridwen was however.
She took it upon herself to cheer up Riya.
I thought that was awesome.
Unfortunately it didn't do much for her two-day sadness moodlet, but it was the thought that counted.
She only got 25 satisfaction points out of it due to my rule about whims that can't be met stopping any further whim fulfillment. Every little bit helps and she's leading in points anyway.
Rest in peace, Cade...
...until you get the itch to go a haunting.

But I love to lurk. I have always enjoyed your stories. You have sold me on so many sims3 expansion packs that I think EA owes you some commission. I am happy to see that you have found a way to make sims 4 work for your story telling.
I should rename this game, That Depressingly Deadly Reality Show.
Everyone is so sad. It's still Satuday Night and Riya is back from her visit to Bastet, Ceridwen, and Hecate's house.
Tomorrow is Sunday and that is the day for the loser challenge. Daniel's face should tell you who that is. He wouldn't have to face it if Cade had not died at the wishing well. But on the brightside, he won't be facing the challenge alone. Cedric will be joining him.
Why?
Well, as Daniel was munching on his cookie while at the table with Alexus and Riya, he autonomously satisfied a whim, bringing his satisfaction points up to 800. This ties him with Cedric.
Everyone should be going to bed now.
Riya is so sad. She's been in and out of the bed crying about Cade.
Now she can just get in it and sleep.
Finally, it's loser challenge day.
The challenge room has been added to the lot.
We will have a short group gathering as a formality.

Meet your challenge.
All they have to do is spend 24 hours in here and resist taking the cow plant cake.
The room has a few amenities, but it was designed for one person.
They aren't allowed breakfast, but there are a few strawberries in there. They should go nicely with cake.
The girls are free to do whatever they want. Riya just sulks while Alexus is already off.
Daniel is upbeat about the whole thing.
Cedric needs cheering up.

Okay, It's obvious that TS4 sims are not survivalist. They refuse to pick up tasty strawberries and eat them. I even put some in their inventories. They aren't touching them. TS3 sims would have gobbled them up by now.
Eventually Daniel is back at it again...

Apparently Cedric was at death's door due to starvation. He didn't show any outward signs of it.
