Cannot upload to the gallery

Since getting seasons, everytime I try to upload a household to the gallery it's just a neverending loop and I have to force exit the game. Pleas help

Hello
Try shutting down your computer completely. Then restart the computer, log into origin and see if you can upload your household then.

Same! My gallery has been playing up for days now. I just decided to upload a house I made because I completely forgot about it and it was just never ending uploading so I had to use the task manager to get out of the game. hope it's fixed soon.

It's weird sometimes it uploads other times it doesn't. Just be sure to save your household/lot before trying to upload.

I'm having the same issue since the update. It annoys me since I'm a builder and I can't upload my new builds to the gallery:

I don't have Seasons, yet I was having these issues when trying to upload households/builds.

Months later Sims 4 still has yet to fix it...

I didn't have any issues until the update. It doesn't seem like that much has changed but the features that are supposed to make downloading easier don't seem to work and now my game crashes every time I try to use the gallery. I know the gurus worked really hard on this update but it's caused me nothing but aggravation so far.

Just to make sure that any cc/mods that you may have aren’t also causing issues, try moving your whole mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and test to see if that helps the Gallery issues.
