Pulsing red windows? Bug? Help wanted

So new bug, I'm trying to build a house from scratch, I used a little trick to connect my pool to my garage and place windows in the pool/garage. But since placing those windows, they have been pulsing red and this pulse can be seen from other lots even in play mode so it's super annoying. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I'll post a screenshot below.
It might also be worth mentioning that this pulse can only be seen from an angle that looks through the pool. If I look through the windows, there is no pulsing, if you know what I mean.

It just seemed to be those certain windows I used. They're the full glass windows from future I think.. Other windows worked fine.
