The shirts are in the style -apparel -tops section of CAS. The free male shirt is in the midst of the ones that require simcash /coins.
The female shirt is just before the level locked tops.

Anyone knows how to redeem the early bird free gift? It was sent via sms and given a download link for the game. I had downloaded the game but I haven’t seen any free gift for me

If you have now played the game, the shirts and rug will be automatically added to your game. Try going into build mode, and see if you can find the rug. It may be in the storage section. That is the section with the picture of the storage box on it.

I cant cant find the free gift, I had to delete the game and for it again and I didn't receive it this time.

I am so sorry but the free gift was only being given to simmers who logged onto the game in the first 15 days of the worldwide release. It would not be given now, as that time has now passed

Hello
Try coming out of the app then shutting down the device that you are playing the game on. Then restart the device, open the app,and see if the issue remains. You can only give the stickers to the sims that belong to other simmers.
