2 questions please

Hello

I was wondering why my sim goes to wash their hands downstairs and not in the bathroom after they have been to the toilet?
Also, my sims works in hospital, when they admit patient to bed, they seem to go to one that’s already occupied.
Any advice please?

Is the sink they are using of significantly better quality?
Sometimes the routing in the game is just off like that admittedly.

Maybe routing issues. Make sure nothing in the bathroom was set using the move objects cheat.

Sims do tend to prefer going to the expensive objects vs cheaper objects ... but that isn't always the case either.

In my house, I have the main house which has the food station you can cook experimental dishes on, and in the grandparents house, I just have a stove. I often tell sims to cook something on the food station stove and they walk over to the other one to cook.

there is no rhyme or reason they do what they do.
