Fear Of The Night (Role-play)

WELCOME TO THE FEAR OF THE NIGHT ROLEPLAY
We will keep this first iteration simple so those not familiar with text-based roleplaying can get their feet wet without drowning
.
This round we will do a superhero/supervillain role-play!
To join all you have to do is submit a super short character application. The format is below.
Character's Name: Can be a superhero moniker or just a plain ol' name.
Age: Self-explanatory.
Type: Alien (think Superman), Mutant, Chemical Reaction (think Spider-Man).
Powers: Short description of powers, no god mode! (e.g. Can manipulate atoms, control fire, telekinesis etc. Be creative.)
Alignment: Good, Evil, Neutral
Short Backstory:
That's it. Pretty simple, eh?
SETTING
Our story will take place in and around Central City, so always keep that in mind for context when writing.
PREMISE
Good against evil, again, pretty elementary.
"My application was accepted, what now?"
After your application is cleared by me you are free to jump into the story. Now this is where it can be daunting to newcomers, where do I jump in? Think of it as an interactive short-story, so if writing isn't your thing this is a good place to work on writing!
I will be the moderator this round. All the moderator does is keep the story on track, set context and keep it fresh. I will also play a character. If you have any questions please feel free to message me.
Don't be afraid to jump in!! I will be posting my example introduction.

FOLLOW THIS FORMAT PLEASE
If you are speaking as you and not your character you are OOC (out-of-character). That is fine, but ALWAYS use the bold tags when doing so to differentiate it from story. I expect anything not bolded to be a part of the story. And try not to post one liners or anything that doesn't progress the story.
If you want to reveal your character's thoughts just tag them with asterisks.
Example: *There is nothing to be done,* thought NotAJediOrSith.
ANYTHING IN ITALICS IS SETTING THE CONTEXT. IF YOU POST FROM A DIFFERENT CONTEXT THAN THE ONGOING STORY, PLEASE TAG IT

Backstory
Born into a 🐸🐸🐸🐸 family and displayed magical affinity at a young age. His culture fostered and nurtured his powers into a daunting display of magical control. However, without his staff he is severely limited in his abilities.

Kresh stood alone in the sewers, eyes closed in meditation. He reached out far and wide with his magic to try and sense others with powers. Others he could lure to his haven and recruit.

-Levitation (LEVITATION- not flight. Slightly less op version of flight xD)
I'm thinking Invisibility. But when they use it they can't breath.

Runs in random direction, until stops, tired, and pants.
Kresh emerged from a manhole, dressed in plain clothes. If he was going to pull off any of his desires he must have some help. And he had an idea of whom he could call upon for help. The youth and mutants. A volatile combination seeing as the mutant community was shunned and a taboo.
On the street corner he noticed a lamp post covered in all manner of pamphlets. A particular one that caught his eye was a missing poster with the picture of a young woman on it. She would do nicely, a runaway with nowhere to go. And she had to be the presence he'd felt all morning.
Kresh closed his eyes and projected his mind, calling out to the girl named Mandy Lynn.
"Don't be afraid, it's okay. I can help you," projected Kresh as far as he could.

Powers: can alter her appearance (like Mystique from Passengers) go through glass and , by lack of better word, her body can move its atoms. (The body make a "hole" for example to avoid a bullet, hole that regenerate after)
