All baby boys!

Between 2 different families my sims have had a total of 12 baby boys and no baby girls. This has happened ever since the latest patch and the newest Parenthood GP. Anyone else have this problem?

Hello
Make sure that your sims are not eating carrots or listening to alternative music because that can lead to having baby boys.
Having them eat strawberries and listening to pop music helps to influence them to have baby girls.

I havent had my second generation baby yet but my first generation had 3 boys.

I had triplets just last night and it was two boys and one girl. i feel blessed to get one girl usually but to get one right off was amazing. I do have seven to ten boys to one girl.

I had triplets right after the game patch and also had 2 boys and 1 girl. I had 2 sets of twins after I got the Parenthood GP and they were both sets of boy twins. I had triplets in one family and twins in the 2nd generation of that family and twins in a different family.

I had my sims listen to pop music during her pregnancy and still baby boys.

I feel like boys are just more common. If you want girls you could always just get MC Command Center and edit the pregnancy.

I rely on eating the right foods. I have no idea how many are necessary, but I have each mommy-to-be eat at least ten strawberries, and I've had all girls so far (except for one boy where I did nothing to influence his sex)

Also, you can't just have alternative/pop music playing. You have to actually make your Sim listen to it. All in all, it seems less reliable than eating fruits/veggies, but that might just be me.

Personally, what I have them do is eat the fruit/veggie WHILE listening to the appropriate station and that has never failed to produce the gender I want. I have the pregnant Sim do this once per trimester, and have her eat 5 strawberries or 5 carrots each time.

It is a helpful suggestion to have your sim eat the food whilst listening to the station It is good to hear that doing this has worked.

I have the same issue. I am doing the 100 baby challenge and I only get boys. I have tried with food but I did it with apple’s and pop music. Is there something else I can do?

Same issue here. Get your pregnant Sim to eat strawberries and listen to Pop music to create a baby girl.

Try with strawberries not apples

It would be best to try doing what vikixc posted, and have your sims eat strawberries and not apples.
If you have MCCC mod you can also set the gender of the baby.
