Saved Sims and Lots Not Sent To My Library :open_mouth: (solved)

I'm not certain if I have chosen the correct forum for this. But, lately, I have noticed that my Sims newly created in CAS aren't being saved to My Library in the Gallery. Neither are some of my lots. I know, because I've had occasion to restart certain Sim families and found after I'd taken hours to create parents and siblings off of my original Sim, in two separate families, they are nowhere. Also, a particular lot has gone A.W.O.L., too.
I've gone through the process of creating both families three times, now. As well as building the same lot.

Yes, they show up on the 'Home' page of the Gallery, but for grins and giggles, today I took a quick look to see if all of my hard work was still accessible. The lot and the Sims were nowhere. Not on the Home page, which I noticed is full of others' work, not in My Library, where they should be. I looked briefly in the Community section, but I didn't wish to spend hours combing through that. I even plugged in the name I gave it. I went back into Manage Town, went into the third build and changed the name ever so slightly, and 'saved to library'. It went straight to the Home page. It probably won't be accessible there come tomorrow.

Is this the Gallery problem others have noted? Do I have to upload to the Gallery absolutely everything I make and then download it into My Library, just to keep it?

I took the time today, to do some clean-up work on My Library. I went and deleted Sims that were essentially clones of ones I had created previously. Seems when you add them to CAS to place them, clicking on that check mark makes yet another copy of them. There should be an option to just 'add to game', in this case.

How do I get the two families I created back to where I can add them to game should I need to restart them in a new game save? I'm toying with adding all of my current lots to the Gallery, empty my Tray, and then download them again, just so I'll have them. Is there a better way?

Hello
Try going to the advanced section of the gallery filter, and tick the box that says " include custom content" . Then see if your creations appear in your library.
